We need volunteers to assist on the day, or to be part of our committee!
Our 2025 AGM will be held on March 27 at 5.30pm at the Merbein Bowling Club (4 Anzac Drive).
If you would like to volunteer for this year's event, come along and find out how you can help!
Bakers from near and far around the country will converge on Merbein to find out who has baked the ultimate award-winning Vanilla Slice. Throughout the day there will be live entertainment, children’s activities, vanilla slices to buy and try, wine tastings and market stalls to create a great Family fun day.
In 2022 the Event went ahead successfully with around 5,500 people attending and with approx. 20,000 vanilla slices being sold.
2023 saw inclusion of a fruit cake and plum puddings section which highlighted the amazing dried fruits grown and processed in our region.
